PE - circuits
Continue with your circuits from last week. Try to beat last weeks scores. Get the whole family involved it is more fun that way.
If you have up until now been in school on Fridays set up your own circuit in the garden. Choose 5 or 6 exercises e.g. star jumps, sit ups, ball bounces, skipping etc. Set a time in which to complete each exercise e.g. 1 minute and get another member of the family to count how many of each exercise you do. Keep a record so that you know what score you need to beat next week.
