This week we'd like you to practise two of the skills we usually do as part of our field events in Sports' Day.  Watch each video to see the technique, then practise in a large area e.g. garden.

Standing Triple Jump

Line Bounce / Speed Bounce

To challenge yourself, replace the line with something higher (approx 20cm high).  NB : This must be something squashy so it will not hurt if you land on it e.g. a row of soft toys.
