Autumn Science Overview:

We will start our learning by looking at a range of materials. We will investigate which materials are waterproof through creating our own structures during our forests school sessions. We will also compare materials based on their properties, using scientific vocabulary such as opaque to describe different properties. Leading on from this we will investigate the suitability of materials to protect Humpty Dumpty and to build houses for the Three Little Pigs.

After half term, we will look at looking after animals in our topic Animals, including Humans.
