Each day we generate lunch time lists of what each student will be having for lunch. 

Maybe they will choose to bring their own packed lunch in from home,

or maybe they will opt for a hot lunch option?

Regardless, please visit your Arbor account to make the selection so the school has record of what each child's lunch arrangements are for that day.

Options may be selected a day, week or term in advance and can be changed on the app or website up to 8am on the morning, or by emailing or phoning the school office before 9.30am on the day.

So, even if your child will be bringing a packed lunch in from home, please visit your Arbor account and select this option.

If paying for a school lunch, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your Arbor Account.  To top up your account please follow: 

To top up your Arbor account online, log into the Parent Portal and navigate to the 'Payments' section. 

From there, select the relevant account (e.g., Meals) and choose the option to 'Top Up Account'. 

You will then be prompted to enter the amount you wish to add and your card details. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

1. Log in: Access the Arbor Parent Portal using your email address and password. 
2. Locate Payments: On the main dashboard, find the 'Accounts' section and select the specific account you want to top up (e.g., Meals). 
3. Initiate Top-up: Click on the 'Top Up Account' button or the green button associated with the account. 
4. Enter Amount: Specify the amount you want to add to your account. 
5. Input Card Details: Provide your Visa or Mastercard details. 
6. Complete Authentication: If required by your bank, you will be prompted to authenticate the payment using methods like SMS codes or your banking app. 
7. Confirmation: Once the payment is successful, you'll see a confirmation message and the updated balance in your account. 

The cost for lunch remains at £2.65 for our KS2 students. 

Our EYFS and KS1 students are entitled to a Universal Hot Meal at no cost.

FSM (Free School Meals) is a means tested option for students to have daily hot lunches at no charge throughout their Primary School years, and also includes a Pupil Premium Allowance to help towards school trips, intervention lessons, school uniform, extra curricular activities and much more.
